"V'achalta V'savaata,u'verachta / Eat, be satisfied, and bless":  We will explore our own ideas about, and our direct experience of, eating, hunger and satisfaction. How does our approach to eating influence our sense of what is enough and our awareness of the blessings in our lives?  How does our sense of abundance and lack impact our ability to be a blessing, to give to others in need?

Please register for this class with Rachel in the Netivot Shalom office at 510.549.9447.
