Will you? -- "America's 1.7 million home care workers stand on the threshold of earning the same federal labor protections that most workers take for granted – and just five minutes of your time can make the difference. On December 15, 2011 President Obama proposed a rule change that, if approved, will finally provide some measure of justice to home care workers who have long been exempted from minimum wage and overtime laws.
