Thank you for the simple clarity, Rabbi Jacob Herber: "There are limits to Constitutional rights. The First Amendment of the Constitution, as interpreted by the United States Supreme Court, does not allow a person to yell, "Fire!" in a theatre. It's inane to argue that people should have unfettered access to any gun or weapon because the Constitution provides for a right to bear arms."
