The United States remained quiet for far too long when millions of Jews were murdered. Though neither "side" in Syria feels like an ally to me as a Jew, an American, and as a Zionist, I believe AIPAC got it right with their statement: "barbarism on a mass scale must not be given a free pass." I don't want war. I want no more death - on every "side." And so I stand in support of President Obama's efforts to take action in Syria. May we act to save as many lives as possible.
