Job Posting - Netivot Shalom is looking for an Office Administrator! (30 hours per week)

This highly energetic candidate will warmly welcome members and guests, answer phones, distribute mail, and create our weekly announcements to be sent via Constant Contact to our members. Additional tasks will include ordering office supplies and managing inventory, maintaining the calendars of both the synagogue and the Rabbi, and monitoring the domain for both our website and email systems. There is a Facilities Management component in this role to include scheduling repairs and maintenance as needed. Other miscellaneous tasks will include sending out Yahrzeit reminders, new member packets, and creating reports from the membership database in support of programs.
