17 years ago, I sat crying in shock with future (now current) Jewish leaders, as part of the KOACH contingent at the Conservative Movement five-pillar conference in Washington DC, when we learned during Shabbes mincha that Yitzhak Rabin z"l had been assassinated. May his memory do more than provoke tears - may it spark a return to his vision.
