Are we thick enough?
Textured, experienced, real enough?
Will we who live in translation,
feel, answer the particular call of the collective,
know the reverence of each self,
pervaded by shared yearning for something better?
Can the vocabulary of the soul live outside of the soul?
Can beauty compel?
Can a dream last?
