A Comment on J-Street's Statement Regarding the US Defunding of UNESCO

Of major concern is JStreet's Jeremy Ben Ami writing that "For the past couple of days, I’ve been searching for the best image to capture what the United States is doing by defunding the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in retaliation for admitting Palestine as a member. Try this: it’s like telling someone you’re so mad at them that you’re going to punch yourself in the nose." -- it is not the same as that. It is the profound statement by the President and Government of the Unites States that when the Family of Nations welcomes into its membership a group that grants a hero's welcome to terrorists, a friend of Israel must make its voice heard.
